    She would probably paper Red, although it might be Yellow since she passed breeding advice. Her PT will probably be at least 10, I'd guess, with an A papered sire. If it's higher than that, she'd be a good candidate for a show horse whatever her breeding ability might be.

    If you have room, you can keep her and breed her to C or B stallions for a couple of years and see what happens before neutering her. If you don't, I'd be willing to gamble on her to the tune of 5k.
