Cards for GMTs!

One of Haystack and my FAVORITE traditions is Cards for GMTs. Our wonderful members send us postcards/cards/letters/gifts from all over the world. In exchange we send them all back thank yous in the form of a gene modification token. It's so much fun seeing the cards come in from all over and we love putting them up around our home each year.

You can send me something anytime of the year. But we rarely check the PO box during the rest of the year.

Sent mine in! Super excited. Already know what I want to do with the GMT. It was funny I was in class thinking about what kind of card I wanted to get when my teacher started passing out Starbucks cards. I was like "score" I can use this!

How do you know if you got the GMT for the card? Is there a message or does it just get added to your GMT tokens as a surprise?

I forgot to drop my card in the mail yesterday. Card writing has been delayed based on how spasmy my hand is that day. I hope you enjoy the now-belated Christmas card!

I don't mind if it's too late for the GMT, I just want y'all to know how awesome we think you are : )

It's not too late I believe. As far as I know there is no limit like "the card mustn't be delivered after Christmas or you won't get the GMT". So don't worry :)

You can send me something ANY time during the year and get a GMT for it. Though don't check my PO box that often the rest of the year so you may have to let me know something is coming if you send it in Feb for example. :D

My mail carrier didn't pick up the card from my mailbox on Monday! I just found it under the mail I got today. :(

@Ammit, I don't want it to sound like I'm greedy for a GMT, I'm just curious, was the card I sent already delivered? :) It has been about 10 days since sending.

I posted a videos with all the cards I had gotten at that time. I have not gone to the PO box since then. Won't be till new years day probably. We just got 4 inches of snow this weekend.

Every card except pinestables went in a video. If yours was not in a video than no I have not got it. Did you send it very very late?

I think i sent it on the 23rd but all out post boxes didn't get checked till 31st :(
