Do mares in pasture stay in pasture when you merg stables, or do they get kicked to the barns?

When I move mares from pasture to pasture, I'm very careful to move them as a group. They stay in the pasture. If you move them using the "x" to pull them out individually or remove all from pasture, they go to the barn and have to start over.

I'm asking about merging stables, not moving from pasture to pasture.

This is the description of merging accounts from the IV Shopping page.

Using Iv's you can merge two accounts you own together. When you merge an account it is like the account you are currently logged into purchases all the horses and assets of the second account. Merging will move all of the horses, cash, Iv's, upgrades, barns and straws you might own from the selected account and move them into this one. The base cost of 14 IV's pays for the basic transfer and a new 30 stall barn to put the transfered horses in. Moving barns will add to the price of the merger. Trophies and stable show records will not merge.

Note that is says: When you merge an account it is like the account you are currently logged into purchases all the horses and assets of the second account.

This should mean that pastures are included, but since this description was probably written before pastures became part of the game, I would recommend waiting for Ammit to chime in with the definitive answer.

It's also important that additional barns (and therefore probably pastures) add to the cost of the transfer.

Pastures are (probably) included, I can't see why they wouldn't be, especially since you buy them with real money, but that isn't my question. My question is are horses in the pastures of stable A put into the pastures or the barns of stable B when you merg. I'm debating merging my accounts because I keep forgetting to enter shows and stuff on this one, I think I'd be easier if I just had one. Lol. I'll let y'all know what happens when I do it.

I honestly don't know. I have not merged an account in maybe ten years.

My question would be whether or not the mares would keep their bonus!

When I merged accounts the pasture of the account being merged disappeared and all those mares went into the primary barn and lost their bonus. So i had 120 mares in pasture before I merged and only 60 afterwards. So it was a bit annoying the pastures don't get merged with the accounts.

But that was only primary pastures, not bought ones. They might be different again

I've merged accounts a few times and all mares and studs remained in pasture with full bonus :)
