Welcome to the inaugural running of the H&J World Cup! This is a new event I am hoping to run each Hunt and Jump year or every other Hunt and Jump year (each month or every other month). Entries for the Year 54 (December) World Cup will be accepted until rollover at the end of November. The aim of the World Cup is to reward players striving to breed and show top notch show horses.

How it Works:
-Each player can nominate one show horse per division. There will be four divisions, with each division being separated by age. Your horse's division is determined by the age your horse will be during the Year 54 (December).
-Nominated horses must be owned AND bred by you. Horses sold to another player during the run of the contest will be disqualified.
-Nominated horses may be foundations, lined, any size, any gender, altered or intact. No restrictions in that realm.
-Train and show your horses as normal throughout December.
-The horses with the most points earned during December in each Division will win. It will not be determined off of lifetime points, only the points earned during the month of December.
-Rankings and winners will be determined on December 31st. I will post current rankings at least twice during the month to make it exciting and see where your entries are stacking up against the other competitors.
-There will be a bonus Horse of the Year prize for the top point earner across all divisions.
-For Grade 1 Division only (horses aged 14+): If your nomination passes away at rollover you may make a substitute nomination if the nomination is made by December 3rd.
-Sponsors are allowed to compete as well.

The Divisions:
-Juvenile Division: Horses aged 2-5 during the month of December.
-Grade 3 Division: Horses aged 6-9 during the month of December.
-Grade 2 Division: Horses aged 10-13 during the month of December.
-Grade 1 Division: Horses aged 14 or older during the month of December.

The Prizes:
-1st Place in each Division: 15,000 HBs
-2nd Place in each Division: 7,500 HBs
-3rd Place in each Division: 3,750 HBs
-Horse of the Year Bonus: 10,000 HBs
-If you are interested in donating towards the prize fund please contact me by private message. I am thinking I will try out featuring donors as "official sponsors" with some special recognition. Edited to add: Thanks for the great response on donations! I have all of the currently needed prize money filled, but if additional prize money is donated I will increase the prize amounts at the end of the contest.
