Rank on herd helpers?
-
Do they higher numbers mean more rare? Like is a rank 3 bettwe then a rank 1? I have a rank 3 creme champagne as my a signed herd helper. I would rather try for an appy bit hate to reroll and get worse. So if rank 3 bettwe I will keep what I have.

Yes. The Higher the rank the more rare the Herd Helper is. You can also create fewer horses than you could with a lower rank herd helper. The ranks go from 1-5, and then Rank Special is the most rare. Appy herd helpers are fairly common, so I personally wouldn't spend the money re-rolling.SALVISTAR PERFORMANCE HORSES

Ok. Thanks:-)

Rank 3: Cream Champagne
All horses will carry at least one cream gene and be homozygous for Champagne. They may also have additional rare colors.

I have never seen aNutting higher than tank 3

The higher the rank, the more seldom they appear. Actually, in my opinion, "better" would mean "fitting more closely to my breeding goals." Higher rank just means having rarer genes or a larger number of color name specified and not random genes. In many cases, the longer the color name of a HH, the higher its rank. Not always, though. My herd helper today is a Rank 2: Buckskin Roan Appaloosa. Three named genes, but common colors and patterns.
It's interesting that in order to make these horses, Ammit has to specify dominant Extension, Agouti, Ccr, Kit Roan, and Llp as present and dominant gray and dun as not present. She also has to specify recessive C for the second allele at that location so that none of the horses will be perlinos.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
