I’ve seen a couple horses with a “make believe unicorn horn” and i wanted to know where I could find it :))EasternShowBarn

It's available only for one Rank Special or for horses born on one day in whole year, I don't remember.understand the significance of signatures

Yes, I can confirm the "make believe unicorn horn" is always available for premium upgrades : )
Edit of my Edit: The party hat "unicorn horn?" is available with a basic upgrade. The spiral "make believe unicorn horn" requires a premium upgrade. Sorry for the confusion!

I was able to use this one with a basic upgrade. But the party hat one just showed up when I got premium
