I am thinking of buying rainbow riot and putting it on this guy. I love how it looks with buckskins. My only hesitation is that he is not an ExPro or RS. However he did test AGA my Candy Appleloosa stud. Is there any reason I would not put it on him and save it for an RS?

So, you don’t know what his breeding ability is. With a PF quality RS you know it’s 100%, and with an ExPro/ExPer you know it’s higher than that.

His breeding ability might be 100% or it might be a few points under...so his very best foals may not be quite as good as a PF’s best foals.

If you aren’t super fussed about breeding for huge jumps in quality, then it’s probably not a big deal. But if you’re looking for a really high intact rate and gen 2 As and Blues from ExPro Mares...I would wait and get something that is at least PF quality.

I had a quick look at the Foundation Rescue yesterday and I think I saw a few buckskin stallions in there. That might be a better bet if you don’t want to wait for another Rank Special to come out, or gamble on Perfect Foundation creates.

I wouldn't, because while he did compare AGA an RS, there's still a range of quality he could be.
I know the Foundation Rescue has a lot of flashy new horses from the Candy Time, so there's a guarantee of quality there. I send a lot of Riding Horse mares through personally, and I happen to know I have a lot of flashy girls who made it in. :P If you can't wait through the RSs (and didn't Ammit say there would be new ones?) and you don't mind spending the GMTs, you could buy a Foundation Rescue mare, turn her to stallion, and then make her a warmblood, if you're dead set against Riding Horse.

This search shows you all of the GMTable stallions in the Foundation Rescue, and while none of them are dark buckskins, there are buckskins and dark bays, even some Autumn's Arrivals.
If you look at mares, there isn't anything until the 6th page, except for a Perlino Dun mare who might actually be a better choice than to make your stud just Buckskin, since she'll guaranteed pass on Cream. She's even got a cool ID. :P

The first horse is 100% breeding ability.

If your horse tests aga a known 100% breeder you know they are with in a tiny range of points of them at post.

I like the first horse. I agree I have a foundation stud that tested AGA to my Silver Pocket stud that I was gonna use for this as well. If you like the stud then I would use him. I love buckskins.

@Kolladee your guy is really gorgeous, I love vault of stars, but I am really hoping to put it on a buckskin.
