Hoof polish?

Hoof polish is available in my tack menu, and allows me to select and then refresh the horse..but no change to image. When I try to update the tack, it says the horse is not allowed to wear this item. What's going on? Please and thank you!

I had the same issue with this mare. I tried using the Matt Hoof Polish with the color Raspberry.

I tried one horse of each type with each type of hoof polish because I am way too thorough lol!
