So, while browsing horses in the auction yesterday, I came across this beauty. Normally, Im not a draft person..but her colour is stunning! Ive never seen a silver black like her. Maybe its just the roan that making her looks so good. I just tried doing a seach, to see if I could find any other horses with her colouring but nothing came up..
Does anyone else have a horse similar to her? Oh I'd love a warmblood like her.. Shes gorgeousss...

It looks like she even has dapples under that roaning. She certainly is gorgeous!

So, I think she's one of those silver blacks who look kind of brown, on top of the roaning and the dapples.

There was a post earlier talking about dp in silver blacks, which is why I mention a brown silver black. I think she's basically like this lovely lady, just plus roaning.

ahhh...you guys! Your horses are gorgeousss!! Well..didnt I go and do a search through my horses..and hahaha..actually found a couple that look like the foundie mare!
Here are some of my silver blacks, blues, grullos.. I need more roan in the mix tho...Gotta add more roan! lol

Wow! Pretty! I like the silver blacks that just seem the slightly different shade. Here id a silver grullo stud I have been very pleased with.

What a beautiful bunch of horses! @WindspunFarms Stunning Ranger is especially gorgeous, I may be a bit if a sucker for splash and frame though I don't breed for them myself.

If you start adding in my silver bays and buckskins the list gets quite hefty :) I just love the silvers to pieces!

I've been fighting the urge to start a silver black line, but this thread and this boy I got in pasture are definitely testing my resolve.

The first horse has no darkening genes. She is the opposite of the brownish ones.

Ah ha ! I knew it...its the roan thanng! lol Just makes them look softer...the first one almost...almost..looks like a rose grey :)
