I've pulled a couple eggs from my foundation snowflake mare and have one available. Jarla is a HOM DP liver chestnut draft mare, 16.0 hands.

Yes - she definitely has megadots! I have bred her to both of my SNF studs so far, one is a fellow megadot the other is HOM Lp so I can't tell. But, I think he has small spots. These, so far, are the results.

Unfortunately, so far, none of his foals have carried the Lp gene. But, I'm pleased he carried the megadots.

I love that her dots are staying dark as the rest of her snowflakes out too...very cool coloring!

It is pretty cool! It has been fun to watch the spots spread up past the blanket - they're more evident as she whites out.
