Can’t move horses into primary pasture

I’m having a lot of trouble with my primary pasture. I can not move new horses into it, but I can remove them. It says I have 91 out of 100 spaces full, so I supposedly have the room to move horses. However, when I try, it says “not enough room in that pasture” like it isn’t registering that there’s space.

What horses are you trying to move and how are you trying to move them. From the control panel or with the bulk moving?Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.

I had the same issue with another one but I accidentally closed the window and can’t find it now, so that’s on me. That said, this one above won’t allow me to move it from the control panel.
