Just to be clear, he is not actually a mini. Mini's say miniature horse on their page and have heights listed in inches. He is still a bit too tall. @Minute He's still a small pony, but the Mini club has been reopened to anyone that was formerly a collectible. Because minis are smaller than some collectibles were. So horses under 12hh can enter pony *and* mini clubs.
