Maxing Horses?

Hello everyone! I am quite new to the maxing and boosting side of the game and am a little confused. I understand the difference between the two but cannot for the life of me find a "max out" option anywhere?
Same with cloning I cannot find a cloning lab? I do have a premium upgrade currently so that should not be effecting anything. -
It's all on the "Control Panel" on the individual horse now, to prevent accidentally selecting the wrong horse in the cloning, boosting, or maxing lab. If you want to max and boost a horse, just make sure you do the maxing first, because once you apply the boost the maxing won't make a difference.Thanked by 1Beadingterri
