    I have a long-running subscription to premium. The payment hit my bank as usual this month, on the 6th, but my member home page says I've only got a basic subscription. My testing buttons are also the basic set. If I go to upgrade manager, it says I have premium.
    Is my best bet to see if it sorts itself out? Or do I need a higher power's assistance?

    Looks like our system never saw the payment Paypal sent in March but I can see it when I look in Paypal. Haystack and I are going to investigate it from our end to figure out why it happened but in the meantime I have added your premium in for you.

    Your subscription appears to be active and should be charged again on June 3rd.

    So sorry it did not behave!
