Hey all! I'm looking to get a 210 stall barn for 8 million hbs (negotiable)

Hi @ElementalStables! If you go to the "Upgrades for HBs" section under the Upgrades menu, you can purchase a 210 stall barn for 70 IVs, which costs only 875,000 HBs. No need to spend 8,000,000!

I don't think an existing barn can be transferred, though if I'm wrong someone can correct me!

No, unfortunately they thought it was bought with IVs, so if you're able to that'd be great!
