Breeding boosts are pretty expensive and you have to buy them with real money. When I said boosted foundation stock I was talking about exceptionally perfect and exceptional producers. We've been getting a lot of those recently with all the great Rank Specials. Exceptionally Perfects have boosted breeding and showing ability, and Exceptional Producers have boosted breeding ability only. Think of Exceptionally Perfects as boosted Perfect Foundations, and Exceptional Producers as boosted Top Notch Producers. Exceptionally Perfect foundations have 105% breeding ability and 105% showing ability, will always paper Red/B, have a 10.4 PT, and be perfectly consistent. Exceptional Producer foundations have 105% breeding ability, will always paper Red/B, have a random showing ability and PT score, and may or may not be consistent. The only exception are a few of the Exceptional Producer Rank Specials, I think they all have 100% showing ability, 9.9 PT, and are perfectly consistent.
