If you open up your horses page and go to the control panel tab you will see a section on testing the horse. Ideally, you have any them to all pass breeding advice. If they don't, they'll be automatically spay/gelded.
Then you can click on breeding inspection to get their paper level. This will give you an idea on how good of a producer they will be.

If you have a rank special you can search for others of it's kind to know it's paper level and not have to spend your hbs if your short of cash.

Read through this link. It'll get you started. You can then ask for clarification. I'm still learning a lot too.

Nvm, I require at least a basic upgrade :/

@AMochiBun you now have enough hbs to get a one year membership with IVS in the upgrade section. You need to buy 30 IVs with the hbs I've sent, and you should be able to get the membership.

I got the upgrade but can't seem to find the test anywhere? Thank you all for the help btw <3
