I noticed sometimes when creating horses there will be a special event thing happening which will add an extra trigger, the one i stumble on most is the one at midnight which causes horses to be black.

My question is what days do these type of things take place, and what time they do on said days?
I always end up missing them.

(Please if you answer me mark the timezone! I personally am in CST, but any timezone marker is fine, i just need to be able to translate it to CST)
