Account Merging

I had a question about account merging. I was wondering if anyone knew why a request may be rejected? I have two accounts under the same email on this server and don't want to have to manage both anymore. It's just frustrating since I've been on this game for awhile. I don’t want to come off as rude but I'm genuinely curious.

Merging is so you don't lose out on your real money purchases. If you have never purchased anything from the game on the account it probably won't be approved.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )
