Oh, you can still post photos from your phone! You just scroll down, there's a bigger share link below the genes of the horse, that says "Copy and paste the below text to share a photo link of this horse on the forum." You can just copy that, then paste here. I generally open the horse link in a new tab, then I can just switch between tabs for easy copying. If you're having trouble with tabs, though, you can copy it into a notepad app instead, then copy again from there when you're writing the forum post.
