Hi All!
I’m Plessis. I’ve been obsessed with horses since I was a kid and had my own pony. I currently own a very sweet OTTB gelding that I am retraining to do dressage.
Constantly on the lookout for a good horse game.

I have been obsessed with horses since I was probably born. I also been riding for a few years and have 5 dogs. I have joined because I really wanted a game that pass the time and letting me operate my own stable >:D<

I'm working on getting used to this interface. Until then, hi, I'm Sky. I don't know what I'm doing so presently I'm breeding warmblood horses because I like their art the most. I'm aiming for a line of studbook-approved colored horses whose name begins with the letter 's'. Once I find how to breed stats up, I'll add that to my regime.
My favorite breed(s) of horse in real life are the Iberian breeds, so I was exited to see Pura Raza Española in the breed characteristics list. I can't find any, though, so I'm a mite confused, and the user guide didn't bring up anything either.

I'm joining because my sister is obsessed with horses, (particularly cobs), and I want to learn more about the science and genetics side for when she starts studying to be an equine veterinarian nurse.

Well, look out the old lady who's played over 100 PBBGs finally found you. I'm retired, living in Florida and just enjoying myself online. Found what I was missing. You have to go to the individual horse's page to do a Breeding Advice test.

Why did you join HAJ?
Saw an ad and thought it sounded like an old browser horse game I used to play.

What kind of pets do you own?
Two very spoiled cats, but hope to buy up some land and have a little farm going with at least one horse, a goat, and sheep.

How long have you liked horses?
Since I was young, but the horses are secondary to the chance to play with genetics (that was my major in college). It could be flying kangaroos as long as the genetics are pretty sound.
Why did you join HAJ?
One of the only breeding games I hadn't tried yet. I usually find that the ones with fantasy animals are closer to reality in their methods of genetic inheritance than the ones with real animals.
What kind of pets do you own?
Two cats. One loud black one with green eyes and one quiet tabby one who bosses both of us.

I'm friendly and if you don't mind just having the game in common I'm cool with game friends. What do I mean? I'm an old lady in my 60s, so I might not have much real-life stuff in common with you to chat about, but chatting about the game or genetics is cool. I also like astronomy, hard sci-fi and website-type computer coding (HTML, CSS, JS, Python, React, SQL, MongoDB, GraphQL, SASS, LESS, etc).
What is something you are confused about with the game?
If foals can't be trained yet, why can they be entered in shows? Seems they should get their show flags after they are eligible for their first training. Or, conversely, that they should have to train a couple times to be eligible to show. After all, they have to be at least touch and halter-broke to show even in-hand.

Pepsi. Or sweet tea. I grew up in the South with sweet tea in my sippy cup. I do pretty well, but I just can't make it as tasty as my late father's.
