I noticed when we took feedback on the draft art for the PRE the excitement just wasn't there despite this being a highly requested breed. So we did some edits to try and hopefully get something more like what people want. Please let us know if the second version is more of the type of horse you had in mind.

Please note we are no longer looking for feedback on the details. I want to know what kind of horse you want overall, not fiddly details about joins and angles. Thanks so much. |

New Version

We increased the neck, chest, and shoulder size, plus gave a more more of a convex profile. And of course more mane drama.

Please let us know if this is more what you had in mind.

I prefer the new version, it just looks more like a PRE to me.

Yes, the new one's front end really captures the feeling of hidden power waiting to spring that I get watching a PRE in action.

I liked the first one, but I have to admit the second one is better. The thicker neck looks right, and of course the mane drama is excellent.

I like the 2nd more for sure. Really liking the mane and tail and just looks more powerful in general.

New one is perfecto :)
P.S. the top one could be a mare, I would not mind a male and female form of the BC art. In some breeds the Stallion is very different from their mares, the PRE is one of those breeds. Cob will be another where the stallion has more hair than their mare would.

Love the new/2nd one best. Random side comment but it reminds me of a shot of the black horse that Angel Eyes rides in The Good, Bad and Ugly movie.

The first version was amazing, but the new version is spot on- definitely an improvement and just the tweaks it needed to scream PRE. <3 amazing work

I think I just didn't see the original, because I do like it, BUT the new one is even more lovely! The changes in the new version are just the right amount of tweak to give it a particularly unique profile. I love it :X

The only way for that to work would be for people to buy them as two separate BCs which I doubt people want to do.
