I don't think I logged in yesterday, but I know I did the day before. Today when I logged in I had over 2000 hbs of damages! Whoa! I read the log update, but not sure it makes me understand it better..... its supposed to be random now and not off PT? But alot of the damages were over 100hbs each, when previously I had made 100 hbs total.

Really, in the grand scheme I guess it isn't the end of the world I am just shocked haha!

Today with the new update I had 1199hbs of damages... The 15th I had 2hbs and the 13th and 14th I had 1hb worth of damage :(

The damage update is sure shaking things up. It seems like higher amount of hb damage is more common? I don’t know. I was surprised to see one of my fillies do some decent number when the update hit, before I’d get just a few hbs at a time

Given it is a new update, it is something that either needs tweaking or for us to get used to. I could get up past 200hbs easy enough for the update, but since then (day of, in fact!) The highest I have had is 130hbs, mostly been single digits

The only possible way to have damages that high in a single day is to have thousands and thousands of horses. Each horse only has a 1 in 1000 chance of having damage at any given time. It is a very tiny anti-inflation measure on account size.

My side account with 1040 horses makes 16,000 hbs a day. Even if we estimate someone is not as good at maxing points and only makes 10,000 hbs a day with 1000 horses You would get a max of 150hb of damage a day with that. More realistically the average is 75 of damage for every 10k a day an account makes. It is a tiny drop. I think there may be some initial stick shock but the actual amount of the damages is completely negligible. It is just now it comes from the number of horses you have instead of the quality of horses you have and I can see why that would shock some people.

I use to sell or auction any horse that did more than 20 HBs of damage.. now I don’t know what to do

You no longer have to pay attention if a horse does damage. It does not mean they are bad.

I seemed to have a lot more little 1-4 point hits, but it’s still my regular damage maker taking the biggest hits.

I feel like I'm missing something. Where do I find the change log? I've seen it mentioned a few times but haven't ever figured it out

BoredCowgirl I am guessing that damage happened before the update. That horse has no damage for today.

It gave me a shock too, not because it's a big deal in the scheme of things but just because it was a big change. I went from like 1-100 damages a day to averaging several hundred-thousand. No big deal, just kind of amusing to see the change from 1-5 hbs per horse to 20-150 hbs per horse lol.

I honestly probably will get hit less now. I'm used to seeing all my little damage monsters have 150 stacks on them

Yeah, I used to get rid of big damage causing horses... but if it's random now, I guess I can stop doing that.
