These two boys were gifted to me, and I’m obsessed. But I keep over thinking naming them so they’re still nameless :((
Help me come up with something?

This first boy was given to me when one of my favorite stallions passed at rollover. He’s my deceased boy’s nephew! I wanted to name him something related to my stallions name, but I’m stumped. My boy was called Revenant. Other name suggestions are welcome too!

The second boy was my extra special gift from my secret Santa- my dream stallion! I love breeding liver chestnuts and this guy checked every box possible. He’s perfect, which of course means he needs a stellar name.

Hmm for the first boy, being Revenant’s successor, revenant came from the French word Revenir, which means to return so…maybe that? He’s returned to you? Similar but not too similar to Revenant :)

Your gorgeous second boy (dear heavens I’m in love with him….), minus the little tobi at the withers, really reminds me of the old show jumper Anglezarke but that’s def a slightly out there name haha

@Fgbchorses2 ooo. So Revenant was named that after a spirit coming back from the dead- and I looked up Revenir and it’s linked to return and also haunt which is interesting.

The grullo boy is Revenir, and I love it. My liver still needs a name though, I’m so stuck! I love monster/spooky/fall names so maybe I’ll try to find one of those

I was wondering who was my going to get that second boy. I liked him so much after breeding him that I made my own. I kept a little more white though:

I realized I didn’t have livers anymore so I’m starting a new line. ^_^ I usually just pick a letter on name lists and pop one on that I like. Mine is still unnamed as well.

@pestilenttempest I absolutely adore him! Im still kind of in sho k about it I think haha. I’m planning to try and boost him before using him in my program. Yours is so cute! I love livers a whole bunch, I had one in real life once upon a time so I’m gonna end up with a whole bunch in game haha.

This is my favorite line of black livers. ^_^ I’ll be able to breed this group again next season for 9g and I’m thrilled with them. They were originally fantasy lined and I bred the fantasy genes out when I decided to drop fantasy from my even lines horses.

I wish I could help with names but really I can hardly name my own. I only name foundations and my bootstrap boys. Nothing else gets named unless they are real special. ^_^

@pestilenttempest oh my gosh they are so pretty! I can’t wait to see what babies you have next season.
I name as much as I can because I’m terrible at numbers, and I get way too confused if I leave them as just their IDs. Show horses and mares I can’t figure out what to name get them randomizer, but my stallions got bootstrap get good names- or at least I try haha.
