I bought an egg off another player a few days ago, and it still hasn't shown up in my breeding lab? The hbs went through, and is showing up as sold on their account but I still don't have it!

Have tried logging out and back in again, and then waiting for the daily rollover, but hasn't resolved the issue. What may be the reason for this and any solutions?

No way to say unless you at least post a link to the mare. ;) Also where are you looking for it.

That mare has no eggs pulled at all. Are you sure that is the egg you paid for?

Yes it is, I paid 15k for the egg from this mare - absolutely positive

@Coeur have you used any eggs from this mare? That would be my first guess. That it got used by mistake. That or it had an expiration date on it set too short.

Those are the only things that cause eggs to be deleted from the game. Even if the sale bugged out it can not remove the egg.
