Gift exchange question - Licenced genes -Answered
-
Sorry, I did do a search on the forum and wiki page and searched the gift exchange page, so forgive me if I am just blind.
If I start to decorate a horse with closed licence genes, these will transfer to to giftee when sent through the gift exchange on the 15th? Is this correct?
I don't want to blow a bunch of money if the giftee can't accept the horse with the licences.

Yes. If you gift a Foundation horse with genes requiring licenses through the gift exchange, the license will go with it. I did this last time and can confirm that that is how it should work :)Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

Awesome :D Thank you muchly

If you buy the genes for the horse they should transfer with no problem. People get themselves in trouble when they try to get crafting buying other people's foundations, or trying to use cloned or lined horses. Basically, if you purchased the genes for this gift horse you should be golden.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to.
