5% Breeding Boost and MOA?

So a while back I was gmting a clone to be my new stallion, and I gave him a 5% breeding boost because I forgot MOA was a thing (recently started back up again at that point). He still won’t pass SBA, so I’m planning on maxing him out in hopes that will work.
My question is, since he already has the 5% breeding boost, will he be a maxed out with a 5%, or since it was given first would that basically be overrode by the max out? Or would the 5% not even do anything since that max out is maxing him out?
I hope this makes sense! -
I believe Ammit said you should MOA before Boosting when she first released MOA as MOA will max him out and then the boost would amplify the MOA further. I don't think it will do any good now to MOA him since you've already boosted but I could have misunderstood Ammit.

@CeffylDwr thank you for clarifying, I was worried that was going to be the case! I feel like I almost have to MOA still since he won’t pass even ba otherwise. I’m just kicking myself for not thinking about that before boosting lol

The sire is over cap and probably incapable of producing a foal that will pass SBA. If you had done MOA and then boosted this horse might have had a chance of passing. As is there is nothing you can do to make this horse pass. I would not spend more hbs trying to get him to pass. He is as good as you can make him.Need to contact me? Read this first.
