Main account absorbed the alts because I wanted to restart completely from scratch, my main specializes in drafts, my other alt warmbloods and this one shall be riding ponies.

I'm thinking primarily Silver Blacks/Silver Grullos. I'd like to throw some Satin, Sooty +, Chinchilla, ND1 and maybe some Mushroom into the herd eventually.

I do not want any W20 or Frame in the lines, currently undecided on splash and the other white spotting besides appy genes which are ok :) I have a weakness for appy spots

Showing ability is always nice since that's the real bread and butter around here.
Size will be an end goal of the smaller the better

Confluence, while I have you here.. Question for you that is a little concerning to me.. I have two premium accounts.. The first is "abbydabby1" and the second "abbydabby2." Anytime that I send a message or post on the forum while logged in to "abbydabby2" it switches over to my "abbydabby1" account.. Is this normal?

You just haven't logged off the forum with the first account. Log off the forum using the link at the top right corner of the page. You can use the Log off link on the left side menu,too.

Hi! there's something i'm confused about how long after breeding can I breed my mares again?

@unicornhugs Mares can only be bred via live cover or straw once per season (or once per month in RL time), studs on the other hand have multiple live covers and straws per season. If you have a Premium account however you can pull eggs from the mare either 1 a week until they are bred for the season then no more or a mass flush which produces usually anywhere from 8-13 eggs, a mass flush though also counts for the mares breeding for the month, with eggs you can create embryos thereby a mare could technically have a couple babies a season.

If you work it right you can create an embryo every 5 days until the last week of the breeding season, then do a mass flush and get those 8-14 eggs, so you COULD get 4 foals from the weekly transplant and 8-14 from the flush.

Horses age up one game year for every real life month, except foals, who age from birth to TWO years old in one real life month. So they will turn 2 on August 1st.

Mares can breed once they turn 4, stallions can breed when they turn 3

Oh ok so that means two months until my colts can breed and three till my filly's can breed right?

Question! On the herd helpers, when it states "1 create left" is that only you, or total (as in if it was shared with other members and someone else creates, you lose out).

it's weird how adictive this game is xD this is my 3the account on this server and i have 2 others on the first server xD i wanted more horses and with every account i learn more about the game and how to be a bit better at getting horses (dont use all our hbs for foundation horses lik i did with my first account xD)

Any tips on playing the game that are not in de FAQ but are good to know about?

@MaltScotchStables That'd be one create left for you! When you share it, it will tick down the "shares left" number and give you more creates. "Share bonus" tells you how many more creates you get per share.

@EscottEstate I'd say your biggest tip would be to make sure to save up for that basic upgrade as soon as possible, it makes a world of difference! Early on, you'll make the most money by focusing on making pointed creates and selling them (and maybe keeping some of the highest pointed ones for yourself). Then after that, when you have more money in the bank and a few high pointed earners, start building your show herd further and slowly working on breeding. It'll give you quite the head start if you can get a solid savings! :)

@EscottEstate It's worth it to get the basic upgrade. if you're a newcomer, there should be a special offer for you on your main page for the basic upgrade. It will end after 3 months, but that's enough to give you a head start

Basically, MistyHorse, you do what you like! The hardest part is getting enough show horses to fund your breeding program! The only thing you might not want to breed for is high risk factor white patterns, but to start out with I would suggest focusing on getting a few good show horses.

Thanks It's just there are so many things to chose from! whether I do creams or chestnuts its overwhelming! I think I'll just pick horses I like and breed them, and later on I'll chose what color!
