I've seen Witching Hour mentioned a couple of times, but have zero idea what it is. Can someone please enlighten me?

I think it was for the Halloween stuff in October, from midnight to 1AM all horses were created black regardless. Don't know if it is still going.

It is still going, and was happening before Halloween. I discovered it late one night.

I've come across it twice now. One night a week, I wanna say Sat, for an hour all the create horses are born black.
