I have a task to bid on a horse. i go to the horses that say they are up for auction. every horse i click on (at least) say they aren't accepting new bids. how do i find horses i can bid on?

Bidding opens tomorrow at 6am and closes at 8pm.

The auctions runs at certain times on certain days. These are Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. As HighstromFarm says the times are from 6am and 8pm. If you are on laptop and click on the icon on the top right corner that has your name it will bring down a menu with, among other things, the game time in case you're in a different time zone.
