Can I purchase horses from the foundation horse rescue? I only see one horse currently for sale there and I'd love to get my hands on some perfect foundation mares. Am I missing something?

Every horse owned by owner 13, or the Foundation Rescue, is for sale for anyone to grab.

Do the others require I message that user about them? I'm sorry if this is a silly question. I've never purchased through the rescue before.

No, I think it is just because today is the first of the month. Give it a day or two and check back.
