We are working on auditing the summer gift exchange and have run into some otherwise very good gifters who did not bother to fill out all the fields in the feedback form. We are dead serious about the importance of filling these out. We will not advance anyone to the next level who won't fill these out because you are hurting other people in the exchange by not filling out the forms.

I will try and code it in so you can't submit feedback that is uncompleted for the winter exchange but just know if you were slacking when it came to filling out your feedback and did not advance this year that is probably the reason.

There have been a few people the auditors could not advance because the person they gave gifts to left the textboxes in the feedback forms blank. When you leave feedback blank you HURT the person that gave you gifts. I want to drive home what a problem it is when people do this.

I was unable to complete everything proper on mine because I had the covid at the time and was very sick. Usually I complete all well.

There was a full month to fill out the feedback form. :) And covid was certainly not the issue for the dozens of people we had not filled out the forms in full. We have never seen it like this before. Thankfully it won't be an issue in the future since I will patch out the ability to leave blanks.

Is it possible people mistakenly submitted all boxes at once, and then some of their answers didn’t upload? I know I have done that before, so I try hard to triple check my submissions.

It seems odd so many people were incomplete when that’s normally not an issue of this size.

Thank you for making code edits so this cannot happen in the future! I love the gift exchange, and always have a good time. The Hunt and Jump community is the best! ❤️

Ya, it was a rare thing to happen in the past. Never was an issue before. We had SO MANY people not fill things out fully that I had to edit the page for the auditors so they had a way to track it. I already finished the code updates for the feedback form so it should make it very clear.

Lots of prep work happening for December already in the works!

Only because that if what Alohomora mentioned. When I go to the Exchange, it shows that the form for me. I know for CERTAIN I filled it out. (As I did on my other server accounts, and they don't have the form shown) I had an amazing gifter and didn't want them to lose out.

I started to fill it out again just now, in case maybe it messed up, but after the first half I figured I'll just stop before chaos ensues and screw something up even more.

But for the record, I was pretty sure I completed it. The pop up made sure of that. :)) If I am one of those who left it incomplete somehow, I am truly sorry.

No, I accidentally turned it to feedback mode on this server while I was testing. It doesn't mean anything if it is blank now.

I truly do not belive it was accidental. They filled out part of the form and intentionally left parts of it blank.

Now here I am hoping I didn't have a brain fart and miss a box and submit it....I think I got them all. Good to hear that in the future submitting the form without all parts completed is going to be denied

There was not before but now it will aggressively remind you that it needs more, if you submit a box with less than 50 characters in it. I have also reworded the questions.
