I have a series of boys that are adjacent to your goals, however they are all Drafts and probably don’t pass breeding inspection.

He came out C papered. I could add a DP on, but i don't think max ability works on foundies (i was going to try to use it to get him to B).
If either of you want him despite that, i am willing to sell.
