Is it possible to change a horse's white factor by GM'ing on certain genes? Or are they stuck with whatever white factor they get?

They are stuck with whatever white factor but you can use splash and w20 and other white gene to give more white although I'm not sure how much white you'll get

You can always reroll their portrait to see if the expression changes.

I tried rerolling and it doesn't change. I just wanted to see the White 3 on my KP stud but oh well :) At least his babies will show it

Yes true his babies will show more white . It's all about the white factor though my stud has minimal white factor yet he throws babies with lots of white this is him
