    I only lost 2 but one of those was my beloved Visio. I didn’t own him too long just his last sr yrs but he was truly special to me and I’m sad to see him go. I’ve saved a bunch of straws and have several of his children but it just won’t be the same without him in my barn… Did anyone else loose someone special this roll over?

    I’m so sorry for everyone’s losses!

    How does the archive work? Are all horses automatically archived, or is it something you have to manually do?

    I lost my first one ever (on another account) and can’t figure out where to look at her. Or maybe she simply poofed.

    I lost about 18 horses but 5 or 6 of them were gifts that I got from users in my first month, and one was a gift from @whywishesarehorses from the December GE. That one hurt the most I think.

    I've been trying to figure out how to archive horses that are special but I haven't had any luck.

    Horses are saved in the archive if they have foals. If they do not they disappear. As long as at least one of their descendants are alive they remain archived.
