Most sell pointed creates at half value or around that for lifetime payout. As the buyer is buying them for show prospects. If we buy at full lifetime payout then not really much in it left. As it take month to recoup price and then if lucky they bring little extra pay months later. So horse with 16189 life time payout for sale at 16000 isn't really worth buying for show pony barn.
If that makes sense. I suggest you keep your high pointed ones and build up a show barns. It taken me almost 2yr build up a ton of show ponys. I still mostly buy show ponys to replace ones aging out monthly. Just remember there is money cap at 9 million. So balance on daily show payout is something keep in mind as well.
