I would say that between the June events and the huge bump in value for pointed creates, it is so, so much easier to get interaction with established players right off the bat at the moment.

My ~unique skills~ as a new player -- abliity to generate very desirable pointed creates -- means that older players are more interested in interacting immediately in the market. Ofc, folks in the forum are always happy to jump in with help for new players, but now it puts a new account on more partner-level footing.

I recently started on Bluegrass as well, and I have been able to sell creates rapidly enough to buy some bigger barns, start amassing GMTs, and save up for starting the breeding project I am hoping for.

I think the merits of expansion of your estate and the modification options might be valuable to add to the new player tutorials - buying and using IVs (pick up a tack pack, for example) or GMTs (modify one horse), or buy one barn expansion with HRC.
