Pointed horses and forum and start-up achievement

I am writing this from my main account as my new account (DragonFire) cannot access the forum, even if I sign out of this account. Says Forum name already in use, then will not let me change names.
In terms of creating horses, I got a horse with over 1700 points wow!
So I created 6 horses and have approximately 4500 points already. I did not see that my creates would not have points after I reached 20K, so I am unsure if that rule has changed or not. I will have to read the user guide.
I think one of the achievements (maybe the first) should be - following a link to the start up/ user guide.
