    General observation: I noticed that when I received the post-registration email it said "check out both of our servers" with links to Bluegrass and Forest. Mesa was not included!

    Add on observation. Bluegrass is closed to new players. There is no reason for it to be excluded in the email at all, unless in a general mention it exists but it’s open to new accounts.
    BlaxkDiamond (48697) is my main account.

    The email is also pretty non-descriptive. It might help new players to have links in that email like "Click here to create your first horse" or "click here to browse horses for sale"... even links that related to the first few achievement tasks. That way it might help to encourage new players to learn to navigate.

    When I first started my original account I pretty much only used the forum link, the create a horse link, and sometimes the "my barn" link. I was about a month in before I started to explore other functions of the game.
