I'm trying to decide if he's ready or if he needs something more... if you think he's missing something, what?

I honestly think, all he needs is a little bit of dressing up. I don’t know what tack packs you have, but offside mane, and full tail are my favorites for almost every horse. I try to keep my horses simple and sleek, so some sort of bridal is my next go to. Plus a gorgeous background. :)

I think BlaxkDiamon is right. He just needs a fun background and maybe a hint of tack.
