This month I opened my side account with Basic Upgrade. My goal is to raise hbs to buy vouchers for barns and for future renewal of Basic Upgrade.
I'm not working as I have Stage IV terminal cancer.
Had dairy goats and chickens but they were sold. I wasn't able to care for them through chemo. I have nine big dogs. They are family. Seven German Shepherds and two Anatolian Shepherds.
I've loved horses since I was a toddler. My fist word was "horsey" as told by my parents.
I really enjoy genetics with all the color combos.

Hello! I am trying really hard to figure this all out lol. I guess I'd like some feedback or ideas for what kind of "goals" you all try to achieve or ideas to work towards? So far I have just tried to create the most interesting looking/genetics horses possible so I can then breed them. But I can see how that will get boring, so what specifically do you all do? Do you pick a specific color/combo and try to breed for that? Also having a hard time figuring out how to make money. I'm sure I will get the hang of it the longer I do this. Thanks!

Welcome, BEQUIS! The most surefire way to make money is to have a good show herd. You should have about 3 show horses to every 1 breeding horse. It takes time. There are several threads on the main forum that explain other ways to get some cash.

Some people breed for specific colors or patterns, some breed for high performance scores, and some just breed whatever lights their fire at the moment! That's one of the best aspects of the game...you set your own goals.

You might want to give yourself a couple of months to just mess around and find out what you like and how things work before you settle in to some serious breeding!

Loved horses since I was a kid and took riding lessons! Same as someone above, this isn't my primary account but I am glad we are allowed to have more than 1, especially when new to play around and figure things out!

It's always good to have a look through the forums, and create random horses! As a new account, horses you create have "points", until you reach 20k+ points in total. These points go towards your daily payout from your show herd, but selling pointed horses to more established players is a great way to make money. There is a "chat" for it as well (top right speech icon, not on forum).

Hello all! I love reining cow horses and paints most of all. I have a dog and 4 cats. I love coffee and tea and so far the hard part is not having basic membership yet lol but I’m working on it haha

If you do need help with making some money, join the Pointed Creates chat over here! Sometimes someone will sponsor a Basic Upgrade (buy a horse from you for the price of one). People also share HH that they want pointed creates from, like RS and Show Horse HH, and it's the first place I go to when looking for pointed creates to beef up my show herd. You can share a search of the horses for sale if you're unable to put them up for sale :)
