Trying to learn the ropes - How do I earn IVs to use toward a barn or pasture?

I’m still trying to learn the ropes. How do I earn IVs to use towards barns and pastures?
I know I can buy barns and pastures with real money, but I have a strict rule of not spending money on a game until I have stuck with it for at least two months. I have ADD, and I have learned to make sure that I am not going to get bored with a game before I start spending money on it.
So, in addition to the IVs, any suggestions to help me get the most out of the game without spending real money would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. -
There isn't really a way to earn IVs, but you can buy them with hbs. For a good discussion on how to earn HBs, try looming at this thread :) I posted a long explanation of different things I've tried that might help.

Yes you can have accounts on each server and up to 3 non upgraded accounts per server.ID 52206

Yep! And it's really interesting noticing differences between them as well. I don't have an account of Mesa yet, but I've noticed some differences between Bluegrass and Forest from time to time :)
