Oh wow! Wishing you a healthy, happy pregnancy and a healthy, happy baby. I can’t imagine what you’re feeling right now, but I hope you and your husband find peace in the situation very soon. I hope you’re able to avoid the family backlash and also restock all your baby stuff with super cute, functional stuff that makes your life easier.

I used to babysit for a family with twins and triplets a little less than 2 years apart. 4 boys and a girl. Those kids were (still are now that the twins have graduated from university and the trips are well into it) the coolest, most well adjusted, happy kids. They played well with each other, looked after each other (sometimes with disturbing consequences, like when TripM decided TripL and TripB were hungry so climbed out of his crib and brought them back oranges and steak knives to cut them up with…oops, but no harm done to any of them), and are all still close today though they all went to a different university, usually in a different state. So you can get through this and hopefully once the kids are a little older they will be amazing together!

Congratulations on baby! I'm so sorry your family isn't supportive but here we will be happy for you and support you! Such a bummer about the baby stuff. At least you have some time to prepare. I think I've only used half of the things I saved from my first kiddo with my second. And I am so terrified of getting pregnant again! Pregnancy and I don't get along very well. I hope this pregnancy for you goes well!
