Bred Horses
-
Me again. Once my horses have bred should I remove the stallion?
-
You can remove him from the pasture if you want to show him, but it doesn't really matter otherwise.Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.
Stable ID 88 -
Well, like OndowaStables said above, it doesn't matter, unless you want to show him, but you need to remember next breeding season that he is there, so if you don't want to breed him to the same mares, you either need to change the mares or get him out before it does auto breeding.Thanked by 1SummertreeFarms

Like everyone says, I tend to remove my stallions to show him. I also may want to use a different stallion for the mares later on, so it's just easier to put him back in his barn.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
