Not Eligible for Level 3 of the Gift Exchange

The form for entering the gift exchange isn't available to me even though I've participated in Level 2 before (and didn't mess it up to my knowledge) and I have a premium upgrade and the daily bonus minimum for sure. Anyone else have this problem?

Please someone let me know if I am wrong (Ammit?), but I do believe that you dont automatically get bumped up a level simply because you have done a lower level before and meet the requirements.ID 108

Just checked the gift exchange page, and it says "It is very hard to get an invite to level 3 and you can even lose your level 3 status and have to earn it again."

Correct. Participation in level 2 does not mean you will be in level 3. At this point, it is too late to appeal but your audit information (if it has been done and what level you are at) can be seen on the gift exchange page (link on your home page) any time between the end of feedback and the next GE opening window.
To be invited to level 3 you need to gift at level 2 like a level 3 gifter.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

@Roseflute - Yes, same issue here, not sure what happened as I did level 2 last time but I guess if I didn't get approved to level 3 with what I did last year don't think I'll be participating this go around. I can't see the audit information but I'm guessing that's because the exchange is ongoing right now. Oh well...I'll have to appeal (if I still can?) once the current exchange is over I suppose.ID: 40723
