Quality Advice
-
I need some advice with the new testing results.
This filly passed breeding advice but on performance inspection she was found to be inconsistent. On the old test she would have been spayed. But she also papered Blue on breeding inspection and she was best in the pasture according to the email.
Is she okay to keep as is, should I spay her? I'm also trying to focus on quality- so if she should be snipped should I do that to the whole bunch?
Thanks!

I would leave intact. You could GMT her consistent if you wish. I have GMT'd a couple of foals to make them consistent so far this breeding season. It also helps with their PT score.Thanked by 1supersarah

Personally, I would keep her intact, though I prefer my breeding stock to be consistent. If you can afford to purchase a gene modification token, GMT, you could get one and take her into the lab to be made consistent. It only costs 1 token. This will also raise her PT score.
I use more GMT's doing this than I do changing colors or patterns. :DDe gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
