He makes such pretty babies! I can't wait for my fillies from him to grow up. I'll have to get more straws from him if/when you offer him up again.

Awesome! I'd love to get 10 for next season, and I'll probably be back for more after that, he's easily one of my favorites that I don't own.
I think the i10 babies are pest's, all I have is an ice 10 boy. I so wanna try him with my sugar plums next season though, hoping I'll get one that passes lol.

Thanks! With my newest super special boy, he only saw red mares this season. I can't say one way or the other if it helped yet, but I only have 100 acres of pasture so everything but my bootstraps are hand bred or lab bred. Usually I breed red to C and yellow to B to cut out having yellow/c second gens, except a couple of my newest boys that are BS have red mares as well. Trying to get swapped over to nothing but red foundies, and maybe a handful of yellows lol. And from now on all my foundie studs will be B papered.
Pasture bonus would probably help with higher papers. It's helped my bunch in the past. I'm way more strict on everything now though lol. I may have only 4-5 keepers from one stud a season.

@Windigo let me know how it worked out for you this season! I didn’t really do any rhyme or reason to his breedings this season, usually I try to breed evenly by generation (with a one generation flexibility) and by papers, but this season I was a lot less strict, just through anything that I thought would be a good match into my pasture and waited for the bonus, although o got too impatient to wait the full time lol. We’ll see how next season goes

@ChevalStsbles thank you! I love the look of low key colors paired with s+! Trying to add hom mushroom into it as well. But I feel you on naming! Sometimes it goes well, other times I’m just stumped and go with the name generator but I feel like I don’t really know how’s who when I do that unless it really sticks out. But that’s a good idea to get names from a book! I’m not super into books as much as I was, but maybe movies would help out. Thank you! :)

@CoppiLane my newest guy, Joker, did fairly well. I can't complain, lol. With no pasture bonus, and only 5 from straws(so half bonus) he gave me 55 foals, I got 15 intacts that passed my requirements. There were more, but I gelded a good many colts that tested aga/worse lol. Of those 15, 3 were blue/A, including 1 son that tested aga my 2nd gen benchmark for all of my lines. What really shocked me was that I got 3 chimeras from him in his first season lol. I've gotten maybe 3 chimeras from my other chimera studs in their whole lives lol.
My other B studs that get nothing but red mares did about the same so he's on par.
My B studs that get paired with yellow mares have less babies that pass BA/SBA, but the intacts are all pretty much guaranteed to be aga their dad(ExPerf) and I usually get a lot that test superior, even blue/A papered.
With naming, I love the generator lol. In case you're looking for Namerator naming help this is what I found that works for me. I have wayyy too many but I want em all named and organized lol.
For lined horses I'll use some part of their sires name so I know who's from who. For example, I'll use my hom lace foundie stud, Stolen Song. After they're all thru testing and I have my keepers picked I'll click all the red mares he has and enter 2R Stolen@* la. Blues would be 2B Stolen@* la, etc. I know all his babies have lace, so I can immediately put them in their barns without a second look. If it's a stud that has multiple genes I want to make a note of on his kids, I'll just enter 2R (studs name)@* . Then I'll go thru on the foals page and add the genes I want to Know they have. So basically, gen/paper- studs name@*- genes. I've seen some folks add whether a horse is aga or superior into it as well, so you know how they tested at a glance. So a 3rd gen superior filly that's hom lace het watercolor and ice 9 would look like 3BS Stolen@* LAwti9. Sorry, this became a novel lol.
