Why Can't I send my gifts to my SS

I keep trying to send my SS her show ponys but it will not transfer them to her.
Her barn has room and they are cut show ponys. It keep saying they are transfer to her but they are still in my barn. I have messaged Ammit yesterday but no reply so I'm guessing she gone.
Is there anything I can do? -

It doesn't check for barn fullness.

That's the message. But the horses are still in my barn. Been trying for 2 days now to send them -

Change the name of the horse. Then it will work.
This horse is blocking the name change and preventing the transfer.
