It appears you did. Paintbrush and Thunderstruck are located on the same allele thingy. Meaning if you want both, you can only do het of each or make another horse hom paintbrush and merge it with him to make him hom both genes. That being said, I'd message Ammit and see if she can fix the mistake for you. Whether that be adding the paintbrush to another horse or adding one paintbrush to him and one Thunderstruck and one paintbrush to another horse. I'd first just message explaining your issue and then see what she offers as a resolution.

I'm probably one of her "regulars" for fixing this type of mistake. =))
