The pain of the pasture bonus :))

Anyone else get to the start of the month, sort out the fillies and colts, put the mares back in the padock and sell off the horses you don't want. And THEN the urge comes to breed all the mares IMMEADIATELY because you're so excited to see what foals your going to get and of course you cant because you need the pasture bonus? :)) I have around 40 mares sat in my pasture and I SO want to breed them all as some of them are so pretty AND I have some lovely stallions this year which I haven't tried to breed with yet. The PAINNN :)) :(( Sometimes I desperatley wish we could get the max pasture bonus without waiting the month out!MY ID:34234

When I can, I try to put new mares into pastures around the 14th of a month so that they will have the full pasture bonus or at least nearly the full bonus. I don't always hit that particular goal, though.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

I add mine to pastures when they turn 3 and just leave them there. Still only get about 1/4 keepers after SBA :(IAM WolfDen #50695
